DIG THE GIG UC Heat 1 at A Rolling Stone on Wednesday night was a ripper! A wonderful evening full of twits and turns, mayhem and madness!

Con Carne have been DTG UC's House Band for some time now and it looked and sounded like they have been practicing over the summer break!

Huge thanks to Mike & Gretchen and their hospitality hero’s for hosting + superb sound & lights - they really know how to make you feel at home on a cold wet Garden City night.

APT 280 kicked off season five with a solid set - great guitar riffs, tight four piece band that navigated their way through some colourful moments - great vocals - keep up the tidy work!

RVA hit the stage with purpose and power - it was hard to believe that this was their first show but that's how we roll here on DIG THE GIG Street! These guys are going to cause some trouble! Congrats on making it through to the final.

Monotones came back with vengeance after their first outing last season - these guys have been putting a little in and they will be getting plenty out - super cool set - a wild card could be coming their way if they behave themselves!
